Final 2010 Conference Letter

Greetings, my beloved brothers and sisters in the Lord:

I pray this communication finds each of you filled with the grace of God and the sweet communion that comes from God the Holy Spirit. I felt it would be helpful to address you concerning some of the logistics and schedules of the upcoming Grace Conference.

As you know, we are meeting here in Chattanooga for the first time in the illustrious history of our beloved conference. It is important to note that the morning sessions will be held at the New Home Church: 1001 Mc Callie Avenue, phone number: (423) 752-4001. This includes the Y.E.S. Conference, who will also meet at this same venue. In short everyone, (Main Conference and the Y.E.S. Conference), meets at the New Home Church for the morning sessions.

The night session will be as follows; everyone meets at Resurrected Church: 2230 East 18th Street, Chattanooga, TN 37404 (the Main conference and the Y.E.S. Conference) at 6:15P.M. At this time all young people ages 10 and up will be transported by bus to the New Home Church where the evening Y.E.S. Conference will be held. There will be security and strong adult supervision at this venue. We will have all youth transported by bus back to Resurrected before the Main Conference adjourns. Children ages 9 and under will have separate classes and activities at the Resurrected Church during the evening sessions.

Saints, we have done everything in our power to ensure your stay with us is both God glorifying and edifying for all our brothers and sisters. Pray for us that this week will be kissed by Jesus our Christ, and that we will leave this conference knowing we have been in the glorious presence of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

There will be a shuttle service provided every morning at the four contracted conference hotels, Main Stay Suites, Comfort Inn Suites, Country Inn Suites and Hilton Garden Inn. You must be in the lobby at 9:00A.M. to catch the shuttle Tuesday through Friday. The amount of shuttle trips will be based solely on need. We will only run the shuttle from the church to the hotel. There will be shuttle service as needed for the night session as well. The shuttle will arrive at the hotels approximately 6:00P.M. and will return immediately after the evening sessions.
